These integrated services enable clients to create secure, efficient, and engaging digital experiences that streamline workflows and strengthen internal operations.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Kathmandu. The specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting RPA Nepal’s digital marketing, automation, and development solutions, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms in alignment with company objectives. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions for client needs, and tracking performance metrics to improve outreach and conversion. The specialist will maintain strong client relationships, provide timely after-sales support, and participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to stay current with industry trends and RPA Nepal’s service offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide clear, responsive support.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close deals in a target-driven environment.
- Sales Management and Training capabilities to organize sales activities, support team performance, and help onboard or mentor colleagues as needed.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (e.g., social media, SEO, PPC, branding) and an interest in automation and web/app solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort using CRM tools, productivity software, and basic analytics to track activities and results.
- Prior experience in B2B services, tech, or digital agencies is an advantage but not required.
