Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with industries, factories, construction companies, contractors, and retail customers.
- Visit existing and prospective customers to promote the company's products and services.
- Generate sales inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
- Coordinate with the operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, and market feedback.
- Conduct product presentations and recommend suitable safety solutions based on customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade events, and customer meetings when required.
Job Specification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial products, safety equipment, construction materials, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and report preparation.
- Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits and business development activities.
