Job Description
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with industries, factories, construction companies, contractors, and retail customers.
  • Visit existing and prospective customers to promote the company's products and services.
  • Generate sales inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
  • Coordinate with the operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, and market feedback.
  • Conduct product presentations and recommend suitable safety solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade events, and customer meetings when required.

 

Job Specification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial products, safety equipment, construction materials, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and report preparation.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits and business development activities.
