VirtuArrive is a global vacation rental management company specializing in innovative co-hosting solutions for Airbnb hosts. We provide end-to-end services including property management, marketing, and dynamic pricing strategies to maximize client earnings and ensure seamless guest experiences.

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Salesperson / Appointment Setter to join our team. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, generating leads, and setting appointments with property owners interested in our co-hosting and vacation rental management services.

This is a 100% remote, commission-based role, ideal for individuals who are confident in sales and eager to earn based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in international markets
  • Generate leads through research, outreach, and networking
  • Schedule and set appointments with qualified prospects
  • Present VirtuArrive’s services and value proposition
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
  • Assist in proposal preparation and client follow-ups
Job Specification
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
  • Ability to confidently engage with international clients
  • Basic understanding of Airbnb or vacation rental platforms is a plus
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation

  • Commission-based: 10% – 20% recurring commission per client
  • Earn as long as the client continues with the company
  • No fixed base salary (high earning potential for performers)
