We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Showroom Sales & Billing Executive to assist customers, drive showroom sales, prepare accurate bills, and ensure a smooth purchase experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and experience in showroom sales and billing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their product requirements.
- Demonstrate products and provide accurate information on features, pricing, and promotions.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and bills accurately.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
- Maintain billing records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/store team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement.
- Assist in inventory checks and stock reconciliation.
- Prepare daily sales and billing reports.
