Showroom Sales & Billing

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Showroom Sales & Billing Executive to assist customers, drive showroom sales, prepare accurate bills, and ensure a smooth purchase experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and experience in showroom sales and billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their product requirements.
• Demonstrate products and provide accurate information on features, pricing, and promotions.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and bills accurately.
• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
• Maintain billing records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/store team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement.
• Assist in inventory checks and stock reconciliation.
• Prepare daily sales and billing reports.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in showroom sales and billing.
• Experience with POS systems, ERP software, or billing software.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays as per showroom requirements.
