Job Description

Navon Jobs Nepal is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in manpower-related industries, partnership generation, and sales management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Identify, approach, and build strong partnerships with clients, organizations, and business networks.
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Manage and expand the company’s client portfolio through effective sales practices.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Handle negotiations, proposals, and business agreements with partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company objectives.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, networking events, and business discussions.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manpower recruitment, sales, business development, or partnership generation.

  • Good knowledge of market trends and business development strategies.
