We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for a reputed ISP company in Nepal. The role focuses on planning and executing sales strategies, improving performance against KPIs, and leading a field sales team to achieve consistent target results. Key Responsibilities
- Build annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with business goals, channel targets, and regional demand patterns.
- Set sales targets by territory, route-to-market, and customer segment, and track progress through dashboards and reporting.
- Develop and implement sales strategy to grow B2B accounts and retail/B2C channels, including service packaging, promotion, and offer mix decisions.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to improve execution quality, coverage, and performance across assigned areas.
- Monitor KPIs such as sales volume, value, coverage, conversion rates, and collection performance to drive corrective actions.
- Strengthen distributor and customer relationships by conducting regular meetings, business reviews, and joint planning.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations/supply chain, and finance teams to ensure service readiness, effective promotions, and smooth order processing.
