Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for a reputed ISP company in Nepal. The role focuses on planning and executing sales strategies, improving performance against KPIs, and leading a field sales team to achieve consistent target results. Candidates from the ISP industry or similar industries are encouraged to apply. Candidates who have worked in the service industry are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with business goals, channel targets, and regional demand patterns.
  • Set sales targets by territory, route-to-market, and customer segment, and track progress through dashboards and reporting.
  • Develop and implement sales strategy to grow B2B accounts and retail/B2C channels, including service packaging, promotion, and offer mix decisions.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to improve execution quality, coverage, and performance across assigned areas.
  • Monitor KPIs such as sales volume, value, coverage, conversion rates, and collection performance to drive corrective actions.
  • Strengthen distributor and customer relationships by conducting regular meetings, business reviews, and joint planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations/supply chain, and finance teams to ensure service readiness, effective promotions, and smooth order processing.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management within distribution, ISP, or similar B2B/B2C environments.
  • Good team management — hiring, coaching, and performance management of sales representatives with clear execution standards and accountability.
  • Sales planning and target achievement — ability to create practical sales plans, set achievable targets, and deliver results through structured follow-up.
  • KPI (Key Performance Indicators) — competence in KPI tracking, performance reporting, root-cause analysis, and action planning to improve outcomes.
  • Sales strategy — experience designing and executing sales strategies across territories, channels, and customer segments.
  • Communication and Leadership — strong ability to lead field execution, conduct customer/business reviews, and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • B2B and B2C management — experience managing both business customers (accounts, trade, institutional) and consumer/retail channels with distinct operating models.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent) and advanced Excel for forecasting and tracking.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to conduct frequent field visits across assigned territories.
