Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior Sales Officer to drive distributor sales performance across assigned territory through active client acquisition, repeat business, and successful deal closure. The role is ideal for candidates with B2B and B2C sales experience who can execute field visit plans, analyze market demand, and strengthen brand presence on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled field visits to retail outlets, wholesalers, and key business accounts to assess product availability, demand, and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new and existing customers, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent sales conversion.
- Perform B2B and B2C selling including product demonstrations, planogram/visibility execution (as applicable), and handling purchase inquiries.
- Lead sales negotiation and coordinate approvals to close deals in line with pricing, discount, and company policy.
- Prepare weekly sales reports covering leads generated, visits completed, orders booked, payment status, and account performance.
- Monitor market trends using retailer/wholesaler feedback and competitor benchmarking, then translate insights into actionable sales plans.
- Support branding and communication activities by coordinating in-store promotions, sharing brand messaging, and improving customer awareness.
