Job Description
  • Make outbound calls and place follow-up calls to customers and distributors to confirm orders, availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Receive incoming calls, route inquiries to the appropriate team, and ensure accurate call logging for traceability.
  • Maintain and update customer call lists, follow-up schedules, and status trackers using Excel and internal systems.
  • Record customer requirements and service requests clearly, and communicate relevant details to the concerned department.
  • Support front-desk operations by greeting visitors, managing basic queries, and coordinating with staff for timely assistance.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with customers by providing consistent updates and handling requests professionally.
  • Assist with basic administrative support such as preparing call summaries, maintaining records, and supporting coordination during peak hours.

 

Job Specification
  • Nepali Typing — fast and accurate Nepali typing for call notes, customer details, and documentation.
  • Excel — proficient in basic functions (sorting, filters, formulas as needed), maintaining spreadsheets, and updating trackers.
  • Communication — clear spoken communication in Nepali with professional phone etiquette and accurate message delivery.
  • Build Relationships — ability to engage customers confidently, handle objections, and maintain follow-ups to support repeat business.
  • Front Desk Operations — experience supporting reception activities such as visitor handling, call routing, and basic inquiry management.
  • Education — Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education background; preference for candidates with relevant office administration or business studies.
  • Experience — minimum 1+ year of experience in telecalling, call handling, customer service, or front-desk operations in a business/distribution setting.
