Job Description

We are hiring a Marketing Executive for a reputed multinational distributor in Nepal. This role is ideal for candidates with early marketing experience who can support advertising, campaign execution, and market analysis to help drive sales growth through strong outreach and coordination with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and support end-to-end marketing campaign activities, including scheduling, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, competitor moves, and growth opportunities in assigned areas.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align promotional plans with sales targets, product availability, and field execution.
  • Manage outreach activities to generate leads, build relationships with retailers/partners, and support merchandising initiatives.
  • Support advertising execution across available channels, ensuring brand consistency and accurate messaging.
  • Prepare campaign reports and insights using basic dashboards and reporting formats for internal reviews.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and supporting in-store/field activation as per campaign plan.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor Running or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Studies, Management, or a related field.
  • 6 months of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or distribution/field marketing support.
  • Advertising — practical experience supporting ad creatives, channel selection, and campaign execution with measurable outcomes.
  • marketing campains — hands-on support in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campains from brief to reporting.
  • Outreach — experience conducting partner/retailer outreach, lead follow-up, and relationship building to support business targets.
  • Market Analysis — ability to collect field/market inputs and interpret trends to support sales and marketing decisions.
  • Work with sales team — experience coordinating with sales teams on promotions, targets, and field feedback loops.
  • Digital Marketing Basics — working knowledge of social media/content promotion and simple campaign tracking tools.
  • Reporting Skills — capability to prepare clear campaign performance summaries and insight briefs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in FMCG/consumer products distribution marketing or retail promotion activities.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets/Excel for campaign reporting and analysis.
  • Exposure to managing retailer/partner promotional activities and sales enablement materials.
