Supervision Production Analysis Organizing Skills Operational Excellence Coordination Compliance and Security Problem solving skills

Supervision of production teams to ensure the production schedule is met.
Organize production activities to ensure productivity and Efficiency of the deployed manpower.
Control operational performance to achieve production targets and associated plant objectives.
Coordination and management of production on a day-to-day, Weekly, Monthly, and yearly basis, ensuring best utilization of production capacity, deployment of manpower, and other resources.
Adherence to Industry and company HSE requirements, including compliance with PPE usage by paint personnel.
Promote 5S principles & Kaizen within team.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating positively with other departments, co-workers, and management.
Comply with Safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
In-Process Quality Management.
Coordinate with QC and R&D teams to resolve any deviations or quality issues
Monitor production parameters such as shade matching, viscosity, raw material ratios, and output levels
Support preventive maintenance activities by coordinating with the maintenance team
Ensure adherence to safety procedures, proper chemical handling, and good housekeeping
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in science (Chemistry, Paint Technology, or Physics)
Minimum 3 years of experience in paint or chemical manufacturing
Good level of ICT Literacy with the ability to properly use MS Word & Excel.
Ability to lead and supervise a production team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination skills
