Job Description
We are seeking a highly strategic and purpose-driven Communications Manager with at least 5 years of experience to lead the communication and visibility agenda of Chaudhary Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Chaudhary Group. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate communications, development communications, CSR storytelling, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to transform social impact initiatives into compelling narratives that strengthen reputation, credibility, and public trust.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CSR and Foundation communication strategies to effectively position the organization’s social impact initiatives
- Create compelling content, impact stories, reports, case studies, and leadership communication materials.
- Lead communication campaigns for CSR initiatives, community programs, partnerships, and events
- Manage the Foundation’s digital presence across websites, social media, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, government agencies, NGOs, development partners, and other stakeholders.
- Support media engagement through press releases, feature stories, interviews, and coverage coordination.
- Collaborate with program teams to document project outcomes and communicate measurable social impact.
- Drive employee engagement and volunteering communications across the Group.
- Monitor communication performance and prepare periodic reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and communication standards across all Foundation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Development Studies, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CSR communications, development sector communications, or corporate communications
- Strong storytelling, writing, and content development skills
- Experience in managing CSR campaigns, impact communication, or social development storytelling
- Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and community-based communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and content management platforms
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with corporate CSR foundations, NGOs, or development organizations
- Understanding of sustainability frameworks such as ESG, SDGs, or GRI reporting
- Experience in multimedia storytelling (video, photography, digital campaigns)
- Basic understanding of branding, PR, and corporate communication systems
- Ability to work in cross-functional and multi-stakeholder environments
