The Role
You will focus on the highest-impact area of modern marketing: authentic, creator-led content. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our influencer partnerships result in content that doesn’t just look good but converts.
What You'll Do
- Strategy: Create influencer marketing plans focused on high-impact UGC and brand goals.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage influencers who excel at authentic content creation.
- Partnership Management: Maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies.
- Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end timelines and UGC deliverables.
- Creative Review: Review influencer content to ensure it hits messaging and brand identity goals.
- Analytics: Use tools to measure performance and generate optimization reports.
- Collaboration: Work across content and paid marketing teams for seamless integration.
- At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing with a focus on UGC.
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of social trends and audience engagement.
- Analytical skills to interpret data into actionable performance strategies.
- A passion for digital marketing and creative brand storytelling.
- System: Personally owned PC/Laptop with at least an Intel i5 (or AMD equivalent).
- Memory: Minimum 8GB RAM.
- Connection: Reliable 25 Mbps internet speed.
