  • Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve technical correctness, clarity, compliance alignment, and practical usefulness.
  • Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, unsafe/noncompliant guidance, and bias; validate reliability across business scenarios.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field; CPA/ACCA/EA/CIA (or local equivalent) is a strong plus.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in tax and/or audit (public accounting, advisory, internal audit, or industry).
  • Strong command of tax fundamentals relevant to your jurisdiction(s): corporate/individual basics, taxable income adjustments, credits/deductions, nexus/permanent establishment awareness, withholding/VAT/GST concepts (as applicable).
  • Strong command of audit fundamentals: planning, materiality, risk assessment, control testing, substantive procedures, sampling concepts, and audit evidence quality.
  • Proven ability to review or prepare workpapers, reconciliations, and documentation that is clear, defensible, and audit-ready.
  • Solid understanding of internal controls (segregation of duties, approvals, access controls) and familiarity with SOX concepts is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail when fact-checking and identifying unsupported conclusions, missing steps, incorrect citations, or noncompliant recommendations; minimum C1 English proficiency.
  • Comfortable evaluating answers for internal consistency (debits/credits, timing/cutoff, tax logic, and financial statement impacts).
  • Reliable, self-directed, and able to deliver consistent quality in an hourly, remote contractor workflow across time zones.
  • Prior experience with AI data training/annotation, audit QA, tax technical writing, or policy interpretation is strongly preferred.
