Job DescriptionOur Client, Oometo Partners is Hiring Business Development Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to promote company services and close deals.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and management) to align business strategies.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and business documents tailored to client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and regularly update CRM/reporting systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on business development activities and progress.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales or business development
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
