Our Client, Oometo Partners is Hiring Business Development Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to promote company services and close deals.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and management) to align business strategies.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and business documents tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and regularly update CRM/reporting systems.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on business development activities and progress.
