Position Title: Mid-Level / Senior Sales Executive (1+ Years Experience)

Location: Tahachal, Kathmandu, Nepal
Role Overview
We are seeking results-driven Sales Executive experience in selling Digital Marketing services, SEO & GEO services, SaaS Products, and website development solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate leads for SEO, GEO optimization, and website development projects, SaaS Products.
- Conduct sales calls, demos, and client presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Management & POC
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for all prospective and assigned clients.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable service packages.
- Maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
3. Proposal & Closing
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service outlines.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals.
- Follow up to ensure a smooth onboarding and project kickoff.
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO/GEO, Tech, Design).
- Track sales pipeline and report weekly performance.
- Maintain CRM records and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of proven experience selling SEO, GEO, or digital marketing services, or website development.
- Strong understanding of how SEO/GEO and web development work (technical knowledge not required, but preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation & client-handling skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
- Experience working as a POC or account manager is a plus.
- Experience working with International clients.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Candidate must have their own two-wheeler for commuting and attending client meetings.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience working in an IT company or digital agency.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
