About Percime Technologies
Percime Technologies is a Kathmandu-based IT services company that helps businesses take their next digital leap through cloud services, DevOps, software development, game development, and IT outsourcing. We work with clients in Nepal and abroad, building reliable, scalable systems and delivering modern digital solutions.
Role Overview
The Business Development Associate works closely with the founding team to grow Percime's international client base. The role focuses on outbound outreach, lead qualification, and supporting the full sales process from first contact through proposal and onboarding. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our prospects, so clear communication and strong follow-through matter more than seniority on paper.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential international clients (companies, agencies, startups) that fit Percime's outsourcing services.
- Build targeted prospect lists by industry, company size, location, and technology needs using social media and other research tools.
- Draft and send personalized cold emails and messages introducing Percime's services.
- Follow up with leads consistently, schedule discovery calls, and qualify prospects based on their needs, timeline, and fit.
- Sit in on discovery and scoping calls with the founding team, take notes, and handle follow-ups and next steps.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, conversations, and outreach activity in the CRM.
- Help prepare pitch decks, service proposals, case studies, and other client-facing materials.
- Track competitor activity, outsourcing trends, and pricing in our target markets and share findings with the team.
- Work closely with the engineering team to understand our offerings and communicate them clearly to non-technical buyers.
Required skills and qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, customer success, or a client-facing role. Strong intern experience will also be considered.
- Excellent written and spoken English — you'll be communicating with US and EU prospects regularly, mostly in writing.
- Strong cold outreach instincts: ability to write personalized, non-spammy emails and LinkedIn messages that actually get replies.
- Comfort with research tools and CRMs
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented; comfortable working with minimal day-to-day supervision.
- Genuine interest in IT services, outsourcing, and international business.
Experience and eligibility
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred. Strong fresh graduates with internship experience in BD or sales will be considered.
- Location: On-site in Kathmandu, Nepal. Working hours will sometimes overlap with US or EU time zones depending on prospect schedules.
- Employment type: Full-time. Compensation is a competitive base salary plus performance-linked incentives, discussed during the interview process.
