Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end lead management, conversion, and pipeline development through CRM systems.

- Execute structured outreach strategies, including calls, follow-ups, and quality lead generation.

- Plan and conduct field visits, school outreach, and campus engagement initiatives.

- Deliver effective academic counseling to students and parents, articulating program value and career pathways.

- Ensure accurate documentation, admission processing, and data integrity across systems.

- Provide cross-functional support to ensure seamless departmental operations.


Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, or a related discipline with a good understanding of sales and marketing principles.

- Proven ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

- Excellent counselling, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and admissions processes is an added advantage (Male and Female both preferred).
