Job Description:

  • Conduct regular field visits across Chitwan to identify potential enterprise clients and generate new business opportunities
  • Build, maintain, and actively manage a strong pipeline of corporate prospects to ensure consistent sales growth
  • Manage the complete B2B sales cycle — including lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Understand each client’s business needs and recommend customized, solution-based offerings instead of standard packages
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure repeat business and account growth
  • Lead contract discussions and negotiations to successfully close high-value enterprise deals
  • Consistently achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities in the region
  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts for management review
  • Coordinate closely with technical, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Hands-on experience in B2B / enterprise sales, preferably in ISP, telecom, IT solutions, or similar industries
  • Proven ability to independently generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and successfully close deals
  • Good understanding of the Chitwan market, with an existing professional network being a strong advantage
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling, with the ability to understand and address client-specific requirements
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both in-person and virtual)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a regional role
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office tools for reporting and presentations
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for field visits
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
