Sales Executive:

Job Summary:

The Sales Account Executive will contribute in expanding our business by conducting sales activities within their assigned boundaries. He/she will not only help us in maintaining our existing accounts, but also help us in bringing in new business opportunities for our organization.


Job Description:

The responsibilities that the Sales Account Executive will take are as follow:

- Develop and identify new business opportunities which helps retain existing customers as well as acquire new customers.

- Meet sales growth plans set by our Sales and Business Development teams.

- Present and negotiate with relevant parties.

- Understand the needs of our customers and provide relevant products and services based on the market conditions and capacity.

- Help resolve customer issues through communication and strategic actions.

- Work in collaboration with internal groups to encourage efficient workflow, high quality service output and communicate sales strategies.


Required Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communications skills

- Prior experience and knowledge in sales in a similar industry (Small Package Delivery, Freight Forwarding etc)


Additional Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field

- 1+ years experience in a similar field preferred

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

- Ability to resolve operational issues that may arise through strategy and communication

- Ability to meet sales deadlines

- Able to make use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint effectively

- Prior experience using CRM tools such as Sailboat etc. are preferred


Interpersonal Skills:

- Superior Customer Service traits

- Competent in maintaining relationships with stakeholders

- Respects and adheres to company policies, procedures and guidelines
