Job Description

Maruti Print & Pack Ltd. is looking for a qualified and competent Finance & Accounts Officer with strong knowledge in taxation, company listing processes, and financial markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle taxation matters and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Assist in company listing processes and related documentation
Monitor and analyze share market trends and stock trading activities
Prepare and manage financial reports, statements, and records
Ensure accurate accounting practices and financial transparency
Coordinate with management for financial planning and decision-making

Job Specification

MBA in Finance or CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification
Strong knowledge of taxation, stock market, and company listing procedures
Experience in financial reporting and accounting systems preferred
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
