A reputed manufacturing company is hiring an Admin Officer at Birgunj
Position: Admin Officer
Location: Birgunj
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 1–2 years (preferably in manufacturing / textile industry)
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the plant and office.
- Manage and supervise contract labour workforce, including attendance, compliance, and performance monitoring.
- Handle labour-related matters, including coordination with contractors and resolving workforce issues.
- Act as a point of contact for union coordination, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of concerns.
- Support management in handling labour disputes and maintaining industrial harmony.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain records related to manpower, contracts, attendance, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in cost control initiatives related to manpower and administrative expenses.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth plant operations, especially in a textile manufacturing setup.
- Manage facility administration, housekeeping, transport, and security functions.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with office and workforce management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability, especially in labour-related matters.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Prior exposure to textile plant operations and labour-intensive environments will be an added advantage.
