Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Record and manage all leads in the CRM system
- Respond to leads quickly and professionally
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads
- Assign leads to agents and track their progress
- Ensure timely and structured follow-ups (no missed leads)
- Coordinate between clients and agents
- Maintain proper data and report lead status regularly
- Strong communication and client handling skills
- Highly disciplined in follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred
