Job Description:
Manage warehouse operations including receipt, inventory control, and safe handling of finished products to ensure accuracy and prevent damage
Plan and coordinate logistics and dispatch activities to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of products to customers, distributors, and dealers
Monitor inventory and dispatch records, ensuring stock accuracy, proper documentation and compliance with company procedures
Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams, providing supervision, training, performance management, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and company policies
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency by implementing SOPs, optimizing resource utilization, controlling logistics costs, and preparing performance reports and KPIs
