Position: Logistics Executive
Required Number: 1
Location: Pokhara
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in related field
Experience: Previously worked in related field
Requirement: Must Have a Valid 2 wheelers License

Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the storage, organization and distribution of laboratory materials and supplies.

  • Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely replenishment of consumables and equipment.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the availability of necessary resources for ongoing operations.

  • Plan and execute the transportation of lab supplies, equipment and specimens, ensuring timely deliveries.

  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers and transporters to arrange for smooth and efficient deliveries and pickups.

  • Ensure all shipments meet regulatory and compliance requirements.

  • Monitor and manage the transportation fleet to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

  • Track deliveries and provide updates to relevant departments.

  • Handle shipping documentation, including invoices, shipping receipts, and customs paperwork (if required).

  • Collaborate with the procurement team to manage the supply chain effectively, reducing costs and improving efficiency.

  • Identify areas for process improvement within logistics to enhance operational workflows and reduce delays.

  • Prepare regular reports on logistics operations, inventory levels, and transportation activities.

  • Ensure proper documentation for all logistics-related activities, including purchase orders, delivery schedules, and incident reports.

  • a database for tracking inventory and equipment status.

  • Ensure that logistics operations comply with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

  • Support the quality control team in managing lab equipment and supplies, ensuring they meet required standards for testing and research.

  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., Procurement, Research, Quality Control) to align logistics operations with overall business objectives.

  • Communicate with external stakeholders, including suppliers and service providers, to resolve logistics issues promptly.
