Jagdamba Steels Limited is looking for dynamic and experienced professionals to join the Quality Control team at the CRM Plant.
Position: QC Shift Incharge (CGL)
Location: CRM Plant, Jagdamba Steels Limited Factory (Simara, Bara)

Experience Required: Minimum 3–4 years
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of coils
Verify coating, thickness, width, and other quality parameters
Identify, record, and analyze product defects
Maintain quality documentation, reports, and shift records
Ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with production teams to maintain product quality throughout the shift
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in a relevant technical discipline
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Quality Control within Steel/Manufacturing industries
Strong understanding of quality inspection and testing procedures
Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
