Job Description

Marketing Strategy & Promotion

  • Developing marketing and branding plans to attract consumers.

  • Designing campaigns to bring new products to market (Product Launches).

  • Conducting trade marketing (Banners, Posters, POSM) activities at the local level.

  • Conduct continuous market research on market demand and competitors' strategies.

Distribution Channel Management

  • Establish a strong and reliable distribution network (Distributors, Wholesalers).

  • Evaluating the performance of distributors and resolving issues.

  • Ensuring that products reach the market on time and in the right quantities (Supply Chain Execution).

  • Creating various schemes and incentives for distributors and dealers.

Retail Management (Retail & Merchandising)

  • Ensuring stock availability in retail stores.

  • Visual merchandising of goods in stores in an attractive manner.

  • Maintaining business relationships (Key Account Management) with major retail chains and supermarkets.

  • Preventing "out of stock" problems at outlets.

Sales & Team Management

  • Achieving sales targets for the assigned area.

  • Mobilize, train, and motivate the field sales force.

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.

Job Specification
  • Master's degree in management (MBA - Marketing preferred).

  • At least 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or distribution in the FMCG sector.

Technical and personal skills

  • Channel Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the traditional (General Trade) and modern (Modern Trade) markets of FMCG.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with distributors, dealers, and internal teams (Negotiation Skills).

  • Leadership skills: Ability to lead the sales team in the field.

  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

  • Travel: Be prepared to travel continuously to the field and various markets.

  • Salary: No bars for deserving candidates.
