Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account & Operations In-Charge to manage financial records and oversee daily operational activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting and operations, along with a basic understanding of IT services, including software solutions, digital advertising, and social media boosting.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:

  • Maintain financial records, ledgers, and client accounts accurately
  • Prepare invoices, bills, and financial statements
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Record update of Store and Procurement department
  • Monitor cash flow and daily financial activities
  • Prepare project-based and annual budgets
  • Coordinate with management for budgeting and financial planning
  • Perform variance analysis (Budget vs Actual) and take corrective actions
  • Conduct GAP analysis to identify financial and operational inefficiencies
  • Prepare and present MIS reports

Operations Duties:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Coordinate with internal department (R&D, IT, Sales, Marketing & Technical)
  • Manage client service processes related to IT, digital ads and software services
  • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain proper documentation, reporting systems and operational records
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting and finance
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
  • Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle
