Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telesales role based in Bhaktapur. The Telesales professional will conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients to present services, qualify leads, and close sales opportunities. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer needs, explaining NEPAWorks solutions clearly, handling objections, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams to follow up on campaigns, schedule appointments, and provide feedback on lead quality and customer trends. The Telesales professional will also support post-sale customer handoffs, participate in training sessions to stay updated on service offerings, and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales skills, with experience in telesales or inside sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term client relationships.
- Willingness and ability to participate in Training and continuous learning to stay current on services, tools, and sales techniques.
- Comfort using CRM or call management tools, with solid data entry and record-keeping habits.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhaktapur, manage time effectively, and handle a high volume of calls.
- Prior experience in BPO, shared services, or a related sales environment is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
