As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Executive – Client Relations & Account Management to join our team.


Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


You will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding business objectives, coordinating campaign execution, preparing estimates and proposals, monitoring project progress, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys managing multiple brands and projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted business partner.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable agency briefs.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, media, strategy, production, and digital teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, cost estimates, proposals, and campaign plans.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and approvals.
  • Lead client meetings, prepare meeting notes, and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and expand agency services.
  • Ensure campaign reports and performance updates are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Resolve client concerns proactively and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.


Requirements:

Must Have;

  • 3–5 years of experience in a digital marketing, advertising, branding, or communication agency.
  • Strong client relationship and account management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Commercial understanding of budgets, estimates, and project profitability.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred;

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience working with social media campaigns, digital advertising, content marketing, or integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
