Job Summary: We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Videographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end production of engaging visual content. This involves conceptualizing video ideas, setting up and operating production equipment, and editing raw footage into polished, high-quality final cuts.
Responsibilities
- Pre-Production: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts, storyboards, and shot lists.
- Filming & Production: Capture high-quality video footage using professional-grade cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Set up, maintain, and properly store all production equipment (cameras, microphones, stabilizers, and lighting kits).
- Edit raw footage, sequence clips effectively, and ensure smooth transitions, professional sound mixing, and accurate lighting.
- Ability to Add music, subtitles, motion graphics, and special effects, as well as perform color correction to match brand guidelines.
- Export and format final video files optimally for various digital platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and websites).
- Organize, tag, and securely archive all media files and project assets.
- Degree or Diploma in Film Production, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related creative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Solid technical understanding of camera operation (DSLR/Mirrorless/Cinema cameras), lighting techniques, and sound recording.
- A strong portfolio or demo reel demonstrating exceptional shooting, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong creative flair, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A keen eye for visual composition, focus, exposure, and narrative flow
- Must have a strong back-up power supply and internet supply, and a working laptop.
