Kathmandu Technical School is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and increase enrollments in our nationally & internationally recognized hospitality programmes.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Marketing Executive role based in Kathmandu. The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting KTS courses and services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into enrollments. Day-to-day tasks include:
Promote and sell hospitality and culinary courses.
Generate and follow up on student leads.
Counsel prospective students and parents.
Conduct school and college visits.
Achieve admission and enrollment targets.
Build partnerships with schools and organizations.
Organize promotional events and career sessions.
Manage social media and marketing activities.
Maintain inquiry and admission records.
Prepare sales and marketing reports.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
Strong communication and sales skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
Experience in education or hospitality sales is preferred.
