As we continue to grow and strengthen our position in the hospitality industry, we are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven General Manager to lead the overall operations and business performance of our establishment.

Position: General Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for all restaurant and bar operations.
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and uphold premium service standards.
  • Oversee daily business operations, including Food & Beverage, Guest Relations, HR, Finance, Procurement, and Maintenance.
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and management teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hospitality standards, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership to execute strategic business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field. Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive management experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, resorts, or large-scale F&B operations.
  • Proven experience managing multiple outlets and large teams.
  • Strong leadership, business acumen, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent financial management, budgeting, and operational planning capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-performance hospitality environment.
  • Strong understanding of guest experience management and luxury service standards.
