This is an on-site, full-time role for an HR Officer specializing in Payroll at Thinkvive Consulting, located in Kathmandu. The HR Officer will manage day-to-day HR responsibilities, including payroll processing, overseeing HR operations, enforcing HR policies, handling employee relations, and creating and updating job descriptions. The individual will ensure compliance with company policies and assist in enhancing workforce management efficiency. Collaboration with other internal divisions and accurate documentation will be key aspects of this role.
- Strong expertise in HR Management, including Human Resources operations and processes
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and Job Descriptions
- Proficiency in Employee and Labor Relations management
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with payroll software and tools is an advantage
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Working knowledge of Nepalese labor laws and regulations
