Job DescriptionOur Client, Oometo Partners is hiring Assistant Operation Manager. Responsible for overseeing daily business operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow across departments. Develops and implements operational strategies, manages budgets and resources, and monitors performance metrics to drive productivity. Coordinates with cross-functional teams, ensures compliance with policies and regulations, and identifies process improvements. Leads teams, manages risks, and ensures timely execution of projects aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow across departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve productivity and performance.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with different departments (sales, marketing, finance, and HR) to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Manage and supervise teams, ensuring proper training, performance evaluation, and motivation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Handle operational risks and troubleshoot issues to minimize disruptions.
