Job Description
Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
  • Support recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation accurately
  • Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other employee-related documents
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit procedures
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance reconciliation, and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR procedures
  • Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, trainings, and internal events
  • Coordinate performance review and employee feedback processes
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information
  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, and documentation as required
  • Support communication and coordination between employees and management
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives and process improvements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Good understanding of HR operations and labor practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
