Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu for a Sales Marketing Executive. The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies, conducting thorough market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The candidate will collaborate with the sales team to acquire and retain customers, promote Samparka’s loyalty platform, and deliver persuasive presentations and pitches. Tracking market trends and providing actionable insights to drive the platform’s growth will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends and develop effective strategies
  • Strong skills in Sales and Marketing to effectively promote and negotiate the platform’s services
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, present ideas, and build long-term relationships
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in technology-based solutions or loyalty programs is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing software is a plus
