Location: New Banehswor, Kathmandu, Nepal
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement
- Plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, including content creation and performance analysis
- Plan, launch, optimize, and analyze paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite to ensure maximum ROI
- Track campaign performance and implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement
- Guide and coordinate team member, graphic designers, and web developers to ensure smooth daily operations
- Oversee website maintenance, updates, and execute ongoing digital trends to ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience
- Provide regular performance reports to management
- Collaborate with management to execute new strategies aligned with overall business objectives
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelors Complete
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Handling, digital content creation
- Proficient in Canva and CapCut, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO
