Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kathmandu for a Social Media Marketer. The Social Media Marketer will manage and optimize social media accounts, create and execute content strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive online engagement. Additional responsibilities include monitoring analytics, staying updated on industry trends, and enhancing brand visibility through digital marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
- Proficiency in developing and implementing Content Strategy for various platforms
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing practices and campaign execution
- Proven ability to analyze social media performance metrics
- Attention to detail and creativity in crafting engaging content
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role or relevant certifications is a strong advantage
