Job Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to elevate the digital presence of Bagaicha. The ideal candidate understands the aesthetics and storytelling required for a premium fine dining brand and can translate our experience into engaging, high-quality content that attracts and retains guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Bagaicha’s brand identity
  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan and create visually appealing content (photos, videos, reels, stories) showcasing food, ambiance, events, and guest experience
  • Coordinate with chefs, bar team, and operations to capture real-time content
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar
  • Monitor trends and implement relevant ideas for engagement and reach
  • Handle social media inquiries, comments, and messages professionally
  • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare reports
  • Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and partners for brand promotions
  • Ensure all content reflects premium brand positioning and tone

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing (hospitality experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of content creation, branding, and digital trends
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar editing platforms
  • Experience in photography/videography is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and paid advertising
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/events when required
