Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Digital Media Analyst with 3 or more years of experience to monitor, measure, and optimize digital performance across platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital algorithms, audience behavior, and data analysis, and be able to convert insights into actionable strategies that improve reach, engagement, and overall brand performance.Key Responsibilities
- Analyze performance of digital content across social media, website, and paid campaigns
- Track key metrics such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, CTR, conversions, and ROI
- Monitor platform algorithms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) and optimize content accordingly
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Identify audience behavior patterns and content trends
- Support content and campaign teams with data-driven insights
- Conduct competitor and market analysis
- Optimize content distribution based on algorithm updates
- Collaborate with creative, content, and media teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital media, analytics, or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of digital platform algorithms
- Experience with tools such as:

â—‹ Google Looker Studio
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills
- Ability to turn data into strategic insights
- Understanding of SEO and digital advertising (plus point)
- Experience in large-scale brand or media campaigns
- Strong performance marketing background
- Ability to work in fast-paced, content-heavy environments
