Video Content Creator
Are you obsessed with the scroll? Do you watch a Reel and instantly know why it works — or why it doesn't? We're looking for a creative, curious Video Content Creator to join our team and help us show up boldly on social media.
This is an on-site, entry-level role built for someone who lives and breathes short-form content — whether that's crafting thumb-stopping TikToks, punchy Instagram Reels, or snappy YouTube Shorts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Concept, shoot, and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Stay on top of trends, sounds, and formats that drive engagement
Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life through video
Repurpose long-form content into snackable, platform-native clips
Track performance metrics and help refine our content strategy
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
0–2 years of experience in video creation or a related field
Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
A genuine passion for social media and storytelling
An eye for aesthetics, pacing, and what makes content shareable
A portfolio or personal account that shows your work (required)
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with on-camera presenting or voiceover
Basic graphic design or motion graphics skills
Familiarity with social analytics tools
