The Mindsnack is the official distributor of Springbase AI in Nepal. We work with businesses, teams, and professionals across the country to drive awareness, education, and adoption of Springbase, the AI Work OS that turns company knowledge into finished work. We are building a content team to lead that mission.

Role Overview

As a Content Creator Intern at The Mindsnack, you will be responsible for developing content that introduces Springbase AI to the Nepali market. You will translate product concepts including Plan Mode, Canvas, Recipes, Agents, and live Contexts into clear, compelling content that educates audiences and drives adoption. This is a hands-on role. You will own real content from day one and directly contribute to how Nepal discovers and adopts Springbase AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Script and produce short-form videos and product demos showcasing real Springbase workflows.
• Plan and manage the monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
• Write LinkedIn posts, articles, and social content that explain Springbase features in clear, accessible language
• Develop use-case content around Springbase workflows, including client follow-ups, sales deal rooms, investor updates, and leadership briefs
• Design visual assets such as carousels, infographics, and explainer graphics to support content distribution
• Track content performance and report on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics
• Collaborate with the team on feature launches, product demos, and campaign pushes

Requirements

Essential

• Completed +2 or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, DaVinci, Adobe Premiere, or similar software
• Genuine interest in AI, productivity tools, and the future of work
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and short-form content formats
• Organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing independent workloads

Preferred

• Proficiency with Canva or Figma
• A personal blog, newsletter, or social media portfolio demonstrating prior content work
• Prior experience using AI tools in a professional or personal workflow
• Basic understanding of SEO, content analytics, or B2B SaaS marketing
