Job DescriptionOur Client, VEVS Global is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual with a strong vision to grow in the international education business. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the complete Australia student visa process, excellent leadership and administrative skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, universities, and partners.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert counseling to students on studying in Australia, including course selection, university applications, and visa processes.
- Manage and verify student documentation for admissions and visas.
- Mentor and guide junior counselors and documentation officers.
- Oversee administrative processes within the counseling team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, stakeholders, universities, and partners, ensuring high-quality service.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Senior Counselor (Australia preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Australian student visa documentation and procedures.
- Excellent communication, counseling, administrative, and leadership skills.
- TITI certification highly preferred.
