Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Coordinator, located in Kathmandu. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and managing training sessions, developing training programs, coordinating employee development activities, and ensuring successful delivery of training materials. This role involves engaging with employees to identify training needs, scheduling sessions, and collaborating with various teams to achieve training objectives effectively.


Qualifications

  • Extensive skills in Training, Training & Development, and Learning Management
  • Proficiency in Instructional Design and creating learning modules
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Capability to assess organizational training needs and tailor development programs accordingly
  • Experience in leveraging technology for training purposes is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field
