Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Officer to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the organization. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, financial documentation, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts and financial records.
  • Record daily financial transactions, journal entries, invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable and monitor outstanding balances.
  • Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
  • Perform bank, supplier, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and supporting documents.
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain records of cash and bank transactions.
  • Assist with payroll, tax-related documentation, and statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.
  • Support audits and provide required financial records and documents.
  • Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial information responsibly.
