Manage loan applications from submission through to settlement.
Review and verify client documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Prepare and submit loan applications to lenders.
Liaise with brokers, clients, lenders, valuers, and other relevant parties throughout the loan process.
Follow up on outstanding documentation and application requirements.
Monitor loan applications and provide regular updates on progress.
Coordinate with lenders regarding approvals, conditions, loan documentation, and settlement requirements.
Ensure all applications are processed accurately and within required timeframes.
Assist with post-approval and pre-settlement requirements.
Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems and CRM platforms.
Manage multiple active files simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Identify potential issues or delays and escalate them appropriately.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and Australian lending requirements.
