Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the financial activities of our wholesale and retail food distribution business. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling daily accounting tasks, and supporting smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily financial transactions and accounting records
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and purchase entries
- Manage debtor and creditor accounts
- Monitor stock, sales, and expense reports
- Handle bank transactions and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports
- Assist with tax, VAT, and audit-related work
- Ensure accuracy in cash flow and inventory records
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting software( Swastik software) and MS Excel
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Honest, responsible, and detail-focused personality
- Minimum 2 years of experience
