The Front Desk / Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the reception area and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a welcoming and professional experience while efficiently handling clerical tasks, document management, and internal coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and possesses strong communication and multitasking skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests courteously and determine the purpose of their visit.
- Act as a liaison between guests and staff to ensure smooth communication and service.
- Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Maintain proper filing systems and accurate recordkeeping of important documents.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
- Handle incoming inquiries professionally and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception/front desk area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
