A reputed consultancy is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Counselor (Abroad Study) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students through every step of the study abroad process — from course selection and application submission to visa documentation and pre-departure support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide counseling to students and parents regarding study abroad options (Australia, UK, Canada, USA, etc.).
- Assess students’ academic profiles and help them choose suitable universities and programs.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing application documents, SOPs, and admission forms.
- Guide students through the visa documentation process and interview preparation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education systems, universities, and admission requirements.
- Coordinate with partner universities and maintain positive institutional relationships.
- Keep accurate records of student consultations, applications, and follow-ups.
- Conduct seminars, presentations, and information sessions to promote study abroad opportunities.
- Meet monthly counseling and conversion targets set by the management.
