The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s IT products and services. This role bridges market demand with technical solutions, ensuring customer needs are translated into value-driven offerings.
The position requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of IT services such as SaaS, Software Development, and Managed IT Services. The candidate will work closely with technical, delivery, and leadership teams to achieve revenue and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities for IT services and solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: Lead Generation → Requirement Analysis → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, presentations, and demos aligned with client needs.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM records.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful delivery.
- Plan and execute B2B marketing strategies for IT products and services.
- Support digital marketing initiatives (LinkedIn, website, email campaigns, content marketing).
- Participate in branding, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer pain points.
- Assist in creating case studies, brochures, pitch decks, and marketing collaterals.
- Represent the company in events, webinars, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Understand client business challenges and propose value-driven IT solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to existing customers.
